Lead the construction of new MINOAR silhouettes from sketch to production-ready blocks.
Responsibilities
Build first-pattern prototypes from designer sketches and tech packs. Review fit sessions and revise blocks across sizes. Mentor junior pattern makers; uphold MINOAR construction standards. Coordinate with cutting and finishing on production readiness.
Requirements
7+ years of pattern-making for premium garments. Deep knowledge of women’s and menswear construction. Proficient in manual + CAD (Gerber or Lectra). Fluent English; Bulgarian a plus.
Preferred profile
Background with European ateliers or luxury houses. Comfortable shipping precise tech packs and owning fit-block lineage across collections.
