SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship our products via DHL Express & Aramex.
Please keep in mind, that we strive to
send all orders within 1-3 business days. You can find our shipment periods in the
‘Shipment periods’ table.
MINOAR isn’t responsible for delays, caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM. We ship to almost any country. The shipment period begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency. Keep into consideration that some countries may limit the delivery of certain elements.
After the placing of the order the customer will receive an informative e-mail with the information of the order and a delivery tracking code.
Orders outside of the European Union are a subject to customs duties or other taxes. MINOAR has no control over these procedures and is not responsible for them. We are not capable of giving any further information connected with these expenses and customs taxes since they differ in different countries. Please check your local terms and conditions of import before you purchase a product. Contact your local customs agency for further information.
In case the order wasn’t shipped successfully because of incorrect information, provided by the customer (contact number, address, etc.) of if the customer doesn’t accept the shipment, the shipping is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.
RETURNS

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at MINOAR. Should you for any reason are unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return & exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition and state as received. Please note that we don´t cover the shipping costs of returning your order. -- How long does the shipping of my order take?

Orders are dispatched from 1 to 3 days and delivered with DHL Express unless otherwise stated.

-- How will be my order delivered ?

Orders are delivered by DHL Express. After your purchase is processed you will receive e-mail with tracking number and information.

-- What are the shipping costs?

We offer free & express shipping on orders over 200€.
For orders below:
Europe – 15€
Rest of the World – 25€

-- Can I pay by credit card or PayPal?

Minoar accepts PayPal payments & Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, American Express, V Pay, Union Pay, JCB via MyPOS secure & international checkout gateway.

-- Who covers the shipping costs for returned products?

Shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer. Tracking number is required in order to return a product.

-- Do I have to register at the website to make an order?

You can checkout as a guest or you can register an account.

-- How can I return or exchange ordered items?

We are happy to exchange your item if the size does not fit you properly. In cases of refund we can refund any purchase within 14 business days from the receive date. All returns must be sent via registered & trackable mail in their original condition including packaging & tags.
